Karen is a finance and ERP specialist with extensive hands-on experience supporting organisations through finance system implementation and transformation. She brings particular expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and complex finance environments.
A qualified management accountant with more than 20 years’ experience, Karen has worked across public sector, private sector, and not-for-profit organisations. She understands the operational realities of finance teams and ensures systems are designed and implemented to support real-world workflows.
Karen provides practical leadership across process design, testing, and data migration. She works closely with finance teams and delivery partners to ensure systems are not only implemented successfully, but also understood, trusted, and embedded into daily operations.
